Greetings

Last year cutoff( 2017 ) for IIIT Hyderabad through jee mains was:
CSE-268
ECE-224
So i would recommend you to score at least above 270 marks in jee mains as the cutoff marks can vary also.

hai ram ,sorry to say for iits you have to write jee advance jee mains is for only nits you got the point i think you will get seat in niit warangle for sure
