Because if you've got 81.5% marks i.e. almost 244 marks, then your rank should be in between 288-632 and since you're a reserved (SC) category candidate, your category rank should be also in between 0-57, not 10720..

Hence it can be assumed that you've got 81.5 percentile in JEE MAIN 2020, not percent (%).
