Yes. You have to manadatorily report to the centre and pay Rs1000 seat acceptance fees. It is required to confirm that you want to stay in the counselling for further rounds. Choose float option to get different choices. Choose Slide if you want to keep viit as final college and just want other branch.

Hrishikesh sir, if we dont report to the ARC, can we participate in the further rounds?

is it josaa counselling? Can you tell counseling exam?
Also, it is compulsory to report and oay seat acceptance fee or else it is assumed that you don't want to participate in further counselling.

For mhcet counseling it is given in 3(b) option that if candidate do not report to arc center then he will also be eligible for further rounds. So my question is whether it is necessary to pay 1000 rs ?

i would suggest you to just visit ARC once and know about further process. Fees payment is not compulsory though. But don't take any risks, make it clear by visiting ARC.
