kcet and mhcet are completely different state level examination so you maynot be provided with option to change.please do apply back for kcet instead.

See, KCET and MHT-CET are two different exams and they conduct exam separately and hence they offer application process separately too.
If you have applied for MHT-CET then you cannot change it to KCET.You will have to apply for KCET separately because both are different state level exams.
