As far as my knowledge is concerned, I think there is no admission without VITEEE entrance exam in VIT university.

YOu have to write VITEEE for getting admission in VIT. Without that, you will have to go for mangement quota seats, which are having higher fees than regular seats. For information on that, you have to contact the college authorities.
