Without giving VITEEE you can't able to take admission in any campus of VIT. As faar as JEE mains point of view it doesn't matter whether you have cleared JEE mains or not.
One one gateway to enter in VIT is only VITEEE or VITMEE through that only you can be able to take admission in VIT.
