Sorry to disappoint you but even with DSC quota, your chances of getting admission in ACMS are very slim. 

For instance, the first DSC rank to get admission there was 59042 and the last was 65917 in 2018. With around 380 marks, one would have gotten a rank around 80k in 2018 NEET paper.

This year, the NEET cut offs are expected to rise. Hope this gives you a fair idea!
