Candidates need score significantly higher than 430 to secure a seat at ACMS. So even though the defense quota offers some advantage, the specific cut off for each priority level within that quota can vary. With a priority 8, and your rank of 155237 and all the over all higher cut offs, it's very unlikely that you will be able to secure a seat.
