Dear Aspirant,

In GENERAL CATEGORY if you need to get a seat through EAMCET you need to get minimum 25% of marks i.e., 40 marks out of 160. As your friend got 40 marks in EAMCET  , if he also got minimum >=65% marks in IPE then only he will be qualified . As you didn't  mentioned his IPE marks it's not possible to calculate rank as 25% IPE weightage is considered. you also didn't mentioned you state weather you belong to TELANGANA or AP.
