I'm very sorry to say this but at a rank this low, you won't be able to get any government college or government funded college, assuming that you are neither OBC nor a resident of Arunachal Pradesh or Manipur.
Even you are from any of the above assumptions then you may get a branch in NITs of the above states. Else it would be very difficult to get a seat in any NITs, IIITs or GFTIs.
I would suggest you to go for some good Private colleges like:
1. Thapar University
2. Jaypee Noida
3. Symbiosis
4. Amity University.

Hello aspirant!
I am sorry to inform you but you will not be able to get any NIT, IIIT, GFTI with a general rank of 110000. I don't think you will be able to get admission in any private college also through JOSAA counselling. You can apply to other private colleges that require separate registration for JEE Mains examination.
