Honestly you have very little chance in government colleges with your marks. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.

Sorry to say that but you won't be able to get any government medical college seat as the expected cut off marks for general applying under 85%state quota seats will be above 500 marks and if you are applying under 15%all India quota seats then it will be above 540 marks but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges. I hope this information helps you.
