Well i guess you have told your nimcet rank that is 3042 in general category and you want to study in ipu. Well firstbof all you should know that ipu had started accepting nimcet scores from this year onwards, so there is no previous track record, on the basis of  which we could have predicted your college.  But looking at yourrank it looks like that you might get into ipu.
