Your son got 97.3 percentile score in JEE Main. Accordingly, his rank must be around 25-30k.

If you visit the above link,you can clearly see that chances of your son getting into MANIT Bhopal with Computer Science, ECE,Electrical, or Civil as branch are very less. 

But he might get branches like Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering etc.

By the way, I am considering that your son is a general candidate. The results are according to that.
