As i can see that you have tagged college of engineering , trivandrum. So , supoosing that you want to know the admission procedure for B.Sc agriculture course in this college, i eould like to tell you that it is an engineering college and offers only b.tech , m.tech and Ph.D courses in various branches. It does not offer the course of b.sc agriculture. So the question for  consideration of marks doesn't even arise.
