Hey.
The cut off for admission in Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad in 2017 for the general category under the State quota was a rank of 4910 and 583 marks.
And In Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad the cut off was a rank of 4,576 and 585 marks.
You can expect a similar cut off this year too.

Sir i got 503 marks can i expect mbbs in osmania or gandhi atleast in round 2 with state quota

If you belong to the general category you do not have much chances as the cut off last year was as high as 585.
