I have got 30000 rank in state quota . Will I have a chance to get MBBS seat in govt clgs and I have reserved through SC .

Depends on which state you are trying to avail the state quota 85% seats from
If you are replying reservation of SC for the 85% state quota seats from a straight line West Bengal at 30000 rank you should get a decent Government Medical College
However first it's like Delhi and Kerala or even states like Gujarat you might not get into a decent Government Medical College even a private medical college at that all India rank and the subsequent proportionate state rank even with sc reservation
