I can't predict marks you need to get IIT BHU civil engineering. 

Last year cut off for IIT BHU civil  engineering was

Closing rank--6470.

I am not sure but if converted into marks you need to get marks around 160.

Jee Advanced cutoff varies every year by a slight difference. For B.tech in CIVIL ENGINEERING at IIT-BHU you must score a rank at least above 6500 in JEE Advanced.

If we look at the previous trends of Rank vs Marks then tou must score 200+ for securing rank above 6500.

Please don't keep your target 200 and prepare accordingly. Target for higher marks and put your best efforts, then you'll achieve this score.
