I see that you are asking for the rank required for getting into svnit Surat and Persie computer science from it. 

It is a good choice but you should have good rank also. Previous year closing rank in round 7 was around 7000 for home state quota and around 6000 for other state quota. All this rank is for general category. So if you are having better rank than this . Then you will get a seat in this college.
