see punjab university conducts ptu cet exam for admission in b. sc hons  , bachelor of pharmacy courses. however the eligibility criteria for ptu cet is, candidates who have passed/appeared in the 10+2 Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi or its equivalent Examination conducted by a recognized Board/University/Council shall be eligible to appear in the PU – CET (U.G.) Entrance Test – 2020, however if you have done 12th course and have subjects like physics chemistry biology/ mathematics you are eligible to appear in the exam.  however since you are diploma course holder you need to appear IN PULEET exam to admission in second year of pharmacy course as lateral entry candidates.
