Dear Aspirant,

The primary difference between the two would be the management part, in the two year course you will be introduced to the management aspects in the health care industry.  But if you have a MBA, then the Diploma will suffice as in your MBA program you would have exposed to the management aspects of business. If you are only a Graduate then do opt for the PG program.
