Hello there,
You should write the improvement examination for your failed subject. After you pass the failed subject the ranking will automatically show correctly. Till then you have to wait for the ranking to update. Also you need to get all your document of class 10 and 12 attested by principal and signed by Bpo. You need study certificate, character certificate and marks card for counselling process.
