Its very tough to get admission in NIt with this score in any of the branch even with home state as Andhra Pradesh. If you still want to know about the cutoffs for it you can refer to the following link

Hello Kevin,
Chances are bleak of your getting nits or iiits but if you wait till last rounds of counselling you can get into north eastern nits like nit manipur,nit arunachal Pradesh, nit Sikkim, nit meghalaya. You can get branches like chemical, civil, mining in these college. If you opt for special round counselling you can get nit andhrapradesh as well. So surely go for special rounds..
