Hello there
Yes, choice entry is possible for you. You can select your choices for engineering colleges in the 2nd round. You will be given a choice during your 2nd round. If you have selected colleges where seats are filled before only you should consider selecting low tier college options where you will have possibilty of getting a seat in the college.
