Gopi, when you apply for opportunities after your PG, most Companies prefer Candidates who have completed their course through regular mode. That doesn't mean that a course completed or pursued in Distance mode has no respect. But most of the times, companies prefer Candidates who have pursued their Course through Regular mode for the kind of practical exposure it gives you. So if MNCs are your target companies, then it is preferable to pursue M.Sc through Regular course.
