NTA has not released any official information regarding EWS reservation in NEET this year. Thus, the EWS candidates will be considered as General Category candidates. 

Based on the cutoff (state quota) of the year 2018, the colleges where you can take admission are :-

• U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah
• Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow

You can visit https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up to get information regarding the cutoffs of colleges in UP in the year 2018.

With this rank of 50400 in NEET 2019 and under EWS Category you can get the following in Government Colleges in Madhya Pradesh -

BDS at Government College of Dentistry, Indore. 

Though your chances are less in this college. For other Government Medical Colleges in Madhya Pradesh, you could not clear the cutoffs.

First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance and I would like to tell you that based on your rank in general category and considering the fact that you belong to EWS. I feel sorry to inform you that it will be very difficult for you to get a seat in government college for MBBS or BDS  but even then with hope you must participate in counselling procedure and if you could not get in normal round then you must participate in spot round counselling conducted at the end of normal counselling.
