You have some chances of getting into Osmania University if your rank is 23 and you fall in general category. Because their closing rank for general candidates lies somewhere near 25 and considering the fact that not everyone who has appeared for the exam would definitely take admission you can stand some chances.

               Firstly congratulations for the result....

Coming to result 23rd rank is a very good result. And eligibility criteria for the entry into osmania university is 45% in examination for general and 40% for SC and ST category.. So don't worry you would be getting a seat for LLB
