Through AIQ there is less chance because last year cutoff was 600+ mrks but through state quota there is more chance. But don't loose hope all the best thankyou.

For admission in SMS Medical College, Jaipur the cut off in 2017 for the general category under the State quota was a rank if 13600 and 539 marks. Under the All India quota the cut off was a rank of 651 and 636 marks.
Considering this and your score you have a high chance under the State quota but no chance under the All India quota.
