SRM University, regarding education, faculties, hostel facilities campus Wi-Fi system, food served in the hostel, restriction about the students, the festive occasion in the college all things are for one or two reasons similar to  Goa College of Engineering.

But regarding  placement SRM kattankulathur is is much better than Goa Engineering College passout student.
