The best course BSC physics honours or bsc strophysics for msc stronomy

Firstly in India till now there are no BSc Astrophysics course. See if you want to be in Astrophysics or Astronomy it would be better for you to join BSc Physics course. After your BSc you can join MSc Physics followed by PhD in Astrophysics or you can qualify the IIT JAM examination and get a scope to do MSc Astronomy from IIT Indore. So in order to have a good foundation it would be better for you to pursue BSc Physics course.
