Hello, I hope you are doing well

Yes, you can get your participation fee of Rs. 10,000 back but after the entire counseling process is over, because there is some internal upgradation left,

Also, you won't get the complete Rs. 10,000 there will be some deduction in the amount that you will receive. If you want you can participate in spot round to get a seat.
