Talking about IP University, it does offer bcom (hons) to the students through IPU CET that is the common entrance test conducted every year.
The scope of pursuing Bcom Hons from ipu is as good as delhi university. Ip university has a lot of good colleges that you can enroll itno by scoring good rank. Some of the colleges of ip university are:

2) Vivekananda Institute Of Professional Studies
3) Jagannath International Management School
4) Maharaja Agrasen Institute Of Management Studies
5) Fairfield Institute Of Management And Technology

Scope of Bcom Hons remains as good as it is from any other university. As after completion of this course you may need to pursue masters as well. Don't worry to enroll in ip university.
