Hi jaswanth,
Both colleges are both are equally good and competent in terms of education , faculty , research and placements. In university of agriculture science you get the benefits of it being situated in a metropolitan city like Bangalore. It helps you in finding good placements and helps you in preparing for master's as you have easy access to coaching instiutes.
On the other hand Tamil Nadu agriculture university, Coimbatore is one the oldest established agriculture university, and has many reasearch articles to it's credit.
