Your chances at GMR rankings are as follows:

HRIT for CSE and ECE and all other branches
IEM for Mechanical and Electrical engineering
JU for None as cutoffs are within 3000 ranks.

Some other colleges you may get for CSE and ECE are Haldia Institute of Technology and Maulana Abdul kalamAzad University of Technology.
