There is chance for SC quota rank. That is not shown but every government institute and some other institutes have seats for OBC, SC and ST quota. You will get a seat in decent college if you choose your colleges in counselling well. There must be an option for seeing seat alottment by SC rank. If you are not able to do so, just check previous years cutoffs to get an idea.

Cutoffs for SIT is not available in SC category an dhence its not shown.
College does have SC category seats and does accept SC category ranks for admission into Engineering.

However SIt Pittorgarh being in Uttarakhand acceots only JEE Main ranks and not WBJEE.
