Dear Swapna, GUJCET is for those candidates who are either appearung for 10+2 or have passed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 45% for General Category and 40% for Reserved Categories. It doesn't mention Diploma as an eligibility critieria. So to answer your question, with Diploma as your eligibility, you cannoy appear for GUJCET.
