1.Registration slip



2.part academic fee



3.admit card



4.10 and 12 marksheet



5.character certificate



6. 4 photographs



7. antiraging



8.medical certificate



9.provisional allotment letter



10.preferance sheet(choice filled)



11.caste certificate



12.payment confirmation slip



Take 2 photocopies of each and every documents with originals.



In document verification at IPU will be starting from 10 July to 14 July 2019.
