Dear Sir / Ma'm, with a score of 595, you can expect an All India rank of 1300-2400. The cutoff rank for 2018 for admission to Bihar Hindu University for MBBS was 1118 for OBC candidates int the 15% All India quota counselling, while the same was around 15,700 for BDS.

Dear Subhash, in 2018 under All India Quota, 1118 rank secured a seat in BHU in OBC Category. With 595 marks you have a chance. Having said that, cut offs and ranks change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
