2018 BHU cut off for SC was score 511.Since you are expecting a score of 572 which is more than the previous years cut off you can expect a seat.
However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change.

Dear Deb, in 2018, 511 marks secured a seat in Institute of Medical sciences, BHU. However cut offs change every year depending on various factors like top NEET score, difficulty of the exam, no.of seats available and no.of candidates appearing for the exam.
