Hi, 

If we talk in terms of last years cutoff then with this rank your chances are bleak to get into cmc, ludhiana.

Last year aftr two rounds of counelling the ckosing rank for general wa around 5k.

So your chances aren't that good.

You can however try for other government colleges in UP. You can have a better scope of getting a seat there.
