• Class 10 / SSLC marks card for register number and date of birth
• Aadhaar Card
• Photograph (maximum 50 KB)
• Signature (maximum 50 KB)

The following certificates need to be provided only if applicable-

• Caste Certificate Certificate with RD number (if applicable)
• NC/ST category 1 candidates will have to provide Inclome certificate
• Kalyana Karnataka Certificate with FD number
• SC candidates with an internal reservation certificate with RD number
• Certificates of study from classes 1 to 10 in rural Karnataka
• Religious Minority Certificate
