Hey Aspirant !
AIIMS being a Central Government Institute doesn't have any CAP quota reservation but, it surely does have a quota for the OBC candidates.
In order to have a seat in any of the AIIMS colleges all over India, it's advised to have a minimum score of 125+ which would put you on a safer side.
Although the marks scored by a candidates isn't released in the AIIMS result but the predicted marks are all based upon the experience of the AIIMS Examinees.
