MIT & HARVARD being the top notch Universities your overall profile must be great and getting admit is not so easy as well until and unless your SOP(Statement of Purpose) is good and Generally fee is high but you can manage them with Scholorship assistance,oncampus job,part-time job and internships between
Could you Please tell me what is your GRE Score because cutoff  for these universities is around 320-340
