The placement is really good at IIT, Dhanbad. It stands second to CS in campus placement.
Big firms like Honda, Motors, Suzuki take students in their companies.
As it is a very famous college for mining many big and famous firms such as TATA, Vedanta, JSW visits the campus and recruits students.
When it comes to recruiting good quantity students, companies like CIL, NLC, oil companies etc provide campus placements.
If anybody wants to pursue teaching many coaching companies also visit the campus for recruits.
So overall it provides decent placement.
