My VARC percentile is 66 and rest of the sections above 90. So there is no point applying for IIM Ranchi HRM. Right?

First of all you will definitely qualify for iim ranchi as the cut off for you to get the call from the iim is 94 percentile only.

Coming to the sectional cut offs , considering you as a general candidate the minimum percentile should be 80 in each of the subjects .
