IIM Ranchi Admission Process

Indian Institute of Management Ranchi provides admissions to the BBA-MBA, MBA, MBA Human Resources Management, MBA Business Analytics, Executive MBA, Ph.D Management, and Executive Ph.D programmes. Before applying for the IIM Ranchi, candidates need to check their eligibility and then apply.

IIM Ranchi admissions to BBA-MBA courses are done based on the candidate’s performance in the IPMAT conducted by IIM Indore. To get Indian Institute of Management Ranchi admissions for the MBA course, candidates need to appear and secure a valid score in the CAT entrance examination. For IIM Ranchi executive MBA admissions candidates must have at least 50% marks in their graduation along with 3 years full-time work experience.

Indian Institute of Management Ranchi Application Process 2024

To apply for IIM Ranchi admissions, applicants will have to visit the official website of the institute.
Through the website, applicants will fill out the application form with all the necessary details.
While filling out the application form, applicants will have to scan and upload the documents.
Finally, candidates will submit the IIM Ranchi application form by paying the application fees.

IIM Ranchi BBA-MBA Course Admissions 2024

The institute offers admission to the integrated BBA-MBA course. The duration of the IIM Ranchi UG course is 5 years.

IIM Ranchi BBA-MBA (IPM) Admission Process 2024

To get IIM Ranchi IPM admissions candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria.
Then, the candidates need to appear and secure a valid score in the IPMAT conducted by IIM Indore.
Based on IPMAT scores candidates are shortlisted for PI.
Based on the total academic achievement at the secondary and upper secondary levels, a Consolidated Merit List (CML) would be created using the following criteria:

Gender Diversity (Bonus Points)*	5%

Note: 5 marks will be added to female and transgender candidates only. These points will be added to the composite score at the very last stage of evaluation. These are bonus points added to a candidate’s score and not to the total (i.e., 100 points).
Final confirmation of the candidate's admission will be done only after the document verification and admission fee payment.

IIM Ranchi PG Admissions 2024

The institute offers admission to the MBA, MBA Human Resources Management, MBA Business Analytics and Executive MBA. The duration of the IIM Ranchi UG course is 2 years.

IIM Ranchi MBA Admission Process 2024

For Indian Institute of Management Ranchi MBA admission candidates need to meet the required eligibility criteria.
Then, the candidates have to appear and secure a valid score in the CAT entrance examination.
Shortlisting of the candidates will be done based on their performance in the CAT.
Further, shortlisted candidates will be called for the PI.
After completion of the PI process, IIM Ranchi admission offers will be made based on a Consolidated Merit List (CML), which will be prepared based on the following components and their corresponding weights.

Many professors are below average. But, few were exceptionally good. Occasionally, industry leaders would come and teach us about real-life business, which was very helpful. Economics best, Finance faculty is good, Marketing good, operation good, rest average.

My college experience has overall been very nice thus far.

Academics are good enough, I like the classes they are very informative, and most of the MBA professors are very kind and good to talk to. They are very knowledgable and know how to teach well. While there are some who are just plain and simple incompetent others make up for them.
