For taking admission in BSc. Microbiology in St. Xavier's college, Mumbai  you must have score agreggate of atleast 60 % marks in your HSC including Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects.

Also instead of biology you may have Zoology or Botany as one of the main subject.
