MHT CET is a state-level engineering test conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education. This for the colleges of Maharashtra for the undergraduate courses in engineering. The mode of application is online while the test is offline pen and paper test.

The syllabus is based on 11th and 12th class syllabus of Maharashtra board. 20% weightage will be given to the class 11 topics, whereas, 80% weightage will be given to topics from class 12 syllabus.
