Hey, I do not think there will be an entrance exam for MA international relations at Madras University. They will choose you on the bases of your marks that you have secured in your bachelor's degree 'A pass in the B.A Political Science / History or any other degree recognized by the University of Madras' this is the eligibility criteria as per last years prospectus. There are just a few subjects that need to write exams like MA in English, Historical Studies, Journalism & Communication, Tamil Literature and Culture, Tamil Studies. I hope this helped.
