The last SC category student who got admission to government medical college in Uttar Pradesh had 380+ marks.
So a score of 420+ would be safe.
Having said that cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam and number of students appearing etc

The cutoff is subjected to variations every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination,the difficulty level of the question paper,and the category of the candidates.
If we take into consideration the previous years cutoff of National Entrance cum Eligibility Test(NEET) in Uttar Pradesh, a score above 430 will be safe for you to get a government medical seat if you belong to SC category.

See, you can't get a idea with any particular year cutoffs. For ex: If the cutoff for any particular college was 380(SC) then this it is 400 as you must have known till now that cutoff has rised this year to some extent.

So, for SC category 390 or 400+ score is safe.
