I am a neet aspirant how much score should i need for geetting MBBS in Kerala under SC?

Dear Vishnu, under All India Quota, the last SC candidate to secure a seat in a Government Medical College in Kerala through NEET 2017 obtained a NEET rank of 48,686 which translates to a score of 450 marks out of 720 and a percentile score of 95.5189. Under State Quota, the last SC candidate to secure a seat in a Government Medical College in Kerala obtained a NEET rank of 79,784, which translates to a state rank of around 9700 and a score of around 400 marks out of 720. Both, the AIQ seat and the State Quota seat were allotted to Government Medical College, Palakkad. The last SC candidate to secure a seat in a Private Medical College in Kerala obtained a NEET rank of around 1,03,200 which translates to a state rank of around 12,005 and a score of around 370 marks out of 720. The candidate was allotted Malabar Medical College Hospital & Research Centre. As an aside, the last candidate to secure a MBBS seat in Kerala's only Deemed University, the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, under the Management Quota obtained a NEET rank of 79,128, translating to a score of 401 out of 720 and a percentile score of 92.7333 while the last candidate to secure a seat under NRI quota obtained a NEET rank of 2,43,459, which translates to a score of 251 marks out of 720 and a percentile score of 77.6440. If you wish to secure a Government College medical seat as a SC candidate, then it is recommended to aim for a score of 400+ out of 720. Hope this helps!

As there is nothing announced for 2018 session but as per NEET 2017 to get seat under state quota, you will have to get more than 370 as this was the safest score in previous year to secure seat in MBBS course. Hope this helps!!!

Hi Vishnu, Good to know you are aspiring for MBBS seat in Kerala...But your question will need some more clarification......Are you asking for government medical college, Private medical college or deemed university......It will be more for government then for private nd deemed.....Secondly it will vary according to the difficulty level of paper also...if its relatively easy...more students will get good marks..and vice versa...as such 450 - 500 there is good chance of getting a government seat under SC quota...500 + will always be better to be in a safe position....Hopefully you got the point...You can check your preparation level here in prepmeter....BEst of luck
